Using the service

By using the 10 111 apps or this website you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Orders and prices

The total shown at checkout is the amount charged. After payment the total does not change; only a refund can follow, as described in our refund and cancellation policy.

Delivery

A delivery is complete when you give the driver the 4-digit code shown in the app. Please keep the code private until the driver is with you.

Restaurants

A restaurant may accept or decline an order. If it declines or does not respond, you are refunded in full.

Age-restricted items

Some products are age-restricted and may only be sold to eligible customers.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to defraud us or others, or interfere with the apps or systems.

Liability

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
