Who we are
7Stack operates 10 111 (Ten Triple One), a delivery platform for groceries and restaurant food in South Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number and password (stored securely).
- Delivery details: saved addresses and your location while you use the app to find nearby stores and receive deliveries.
- Order details: what you ordered, from where, status history and refunds.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Paystack. Card details are entered on Paystack’s page and are not stored by us; we keep payment references and amounts.
- Driver details: for drivers, identity and vehicle verification information, location during a shift, and earnings.
- Device details: a push-notification token so we can send order updates.
Why we use it
- To take, deliver, track and refund your orders.
- To match orders with drivers and restaurants.
- To keep the service safe, prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
- To contact you about your orders and your account.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed: the restaurant or store preparing your order, the driver delivering it, our payment provider (Paystack) and the service providers that host our systems and send notifications. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records as long as needed for the service, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used. Email us and we will respond. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted staff access.
