One charge

The exact quoted total is charged once, at checkout. If the price moved, you see the new number before a cent is taken.

After payment, only a refund can follow. A heavier pack or a dearer substitute is ours to absorb.

No photos, no signatures. You read a 4-digit code to the driver, and that completes the delivery.
